Ingredienser

  • 5 dl whipping cream
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (397 grams)
  • 400 grams of Lingonberry Jam

GÖR SÅ HÄR

  • Beat the cream with an electric whisk until thick and quite stiff like a cloud
  • Pour the sweetened condensed milk into a large bowl, add lingonberry Jam
  • Pour gently the whipped cream into the condensed milk
  • Pour the ice cream base to a freezer container:
  • Freeze for at least six hours
