Ingredienser

  • 400 gram puff pastry plates
  • 1 shallot
  • 180 grams tin with mushrooms (100 grams drained)
  • 1 tbs butter
  • 3 dl cream
  • 3 tbs cornflour
  • 1 tbs chopped parsley and som extra for garnich
  • 1 beaten egg
  • Salt and black pepper

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees celsius, (392 fahrenheit)
  2. Punsch out 8 rounds of puff pastery in the size of around 7 cm
  3. Place 4 rounds on a baking sheet with parchment paper and brush with a beaten egg
  4. Then punch a hole in the middle of the remaining 4 rounds (size about 4.5 cm) so that they become annular
  5. Place the ring-shaped rounds on top of the egg-brushed rounds so that you have a total of 4 puff pastry rounds, also brush the ring-shaped part with beaten egg
  6. Set in the oven for 20-25 min
  7. Finely chop a shallot and fry in 1 tablespoon butter, then add 100 grams of drained sliced can of mushrooms and let fry for a couple of minutes
  8. Add cream, cornflour and salt and black pepper, simmer while stirring until thick, add the finely chopped parsley at the end
  9. When the puff pastry is ready, let it cool before filling it with the creammushroom.
