I do not know how often I talk about that I love to make pies, soups or stews, because you can take some of what you have at home and make fantastic dishes. This is exactly the case with exemptions! This Frittata is stuffed with potatoes, spinach and feta cheese!

Ingredienser

  • 300 grams potato
  • 100 grams fresh spinach
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 6 eggs
  • 100 grams of feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black peppar

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees
  2. Cut the potatoes into cubes
  3. Boil the potato cubes in salted water for 5 min
  4. Fry the shallots and garlic clove in a frying pan with butter
  5. Pour down the spinach and fry for about 5 minutes
  6. Set the fried onion and spinach aside
  7. Add a little more butter to the frying pan and read the potatoes so that they get a little color
  8. Whisk the eggs with salt and pepper in a bowl
  9. Pour all the ingredients into the frying pan Crumble over the feta cheese
  10. Set in the oven for about 20 minutes Serve with a salad and a bread
