Ingredienser

  • 2 small tortilla bread
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 red chili
  • 1 tomato
  • 200ml crushed tomatoes
  • 100 g of black beans
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • butter for frying
  • salt and pepper

  1. Chop tomato, chili, garlic, avacado and the yellow onion
  2. Place the tomatoes, half of the yellow onion and avocado in a bowl and stir together
  3. Fry chili, the rest of the onions and garlic in a pan with rapeseed oil
  4. Add the crushed tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes
  5. Add 1 tablespoon of honey, salt, pepper and black beans. Let simmer for a few more minutes
  6. Put two eggs in a pan and fry with butter
  7. Serves by placing the tortilla bread on each plate, put on salsa, egg and then the mix of avocado, tomato and onions.
  8. Finish with some salt and pepper
