Ingredienser

  • 150 grams gingerbread
  • 3.5 dl cream
  • 0.5 grams of saffron
  • 200 grams of sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 tablespoons lingonberry jam

  1. Crumble the gingerbread using a food processor
  2. Whip the cream together with the saffron
  3. Carefully turn the condensed milk into the cream
  4. Serve in glasses or bowls and top with some lingonberries
