I absolutely love eating a Gazpacho on a hot summer day. The cold from the soup and the heat from the chili create a wonderful combination. In this Gazpacho I have replaced the tomatoes and instead used radishes. You just have to try it!

  • 15 pieces of radishes
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 dl kidney beans (cooked)
  • 200 grams of Turkish yogurt
  • 0.5 dl of olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • Tabasco (As much as you dare)
