Lemon polenta porridge

Ingredienser

  • 4 dl milk
  • 1 dl polenta
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 dl lemon yogurt
  • 1 zest from a lemon
  • Garnish:
  • Fresh blueberries, coconut flakes ,nectarine
  • Serve with milk

GÖR SÅ HÄR

  1. Mix polenta with milk and salt in a saucepan. Let simmer for about 10- minutes while stirring
  2. Grate the zest from a lemon in the polenta, add 1 dl of lemon yoghurt
  3. Serve the polenta porridge with Fresh blueberries, coconut flakes ,nectarine
