  • • 1 garlic

  1. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package

  3. Boil water, vinegar and sugar and when the water is boiling turn off the heat and add the sliced ​​onion.
  4. Rinse the beans and let them drain
  5. Fry the yellow onion and garlic in a frying pan with a little oil, add the
    beans and the taco seasoning, let it fry for a couple of minutes
  6.  While the beans are frying and the rice is
    boiling, you can make the jalapeno sauce by mixing
    yogurt with 1/2 jalapeno, 1/2 lime and a little salt and black pepper
  7. Serve rice, beans, pickled onion, coriander, avocado, lime, the jalapeno sauce and nacho chips in a bowl and enjoy
