Saffron, gingerbread & lingonberries, wounderful dessert that just take a few minut to make!!

Ingredienser

150 grams gingerbread

3.5 dl cream

0.5 grams of saffron

200 grams of sweetened condensed milk

4 tablespoons lingonberry jam

GÖR SÅ HÄR

Crumble the gingerbread using a food processor

Whip the cream together with the saffron

Carefully turn the condensed milk into the cream

Serve in glasses or bowls and top with some lingonberries
