Ingredienser

  • 2 dl polenta
  • 7,5 dl water
  • 50 grams of butter + 1 tablespoon
  • 3 dl parmesan
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 vegetable bouillon cube
  • 1 bunch of asparagus
  • Salt & black pepper
  • Poached egg:
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • A pinch of salt

GÖR SÅ HÄR

  1. Pour 7.5 dl of water into a thick-bottomed saucepan add half a vegetable bouillon cube and bring to the boil.
  2. Add polenta to the saucepan and stir. Lower the heat and simmer very slowly, stirring constantly, until the water has been absorbed.
  3. Stir in 50 grams of butter  and grated parmesan into the polenta. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Fry chopped garlic clove together with a tablespoon of butter in a frying pan and add asparagus (divide the asparagus into pieces)
  5. Crack the eggs in to two drinking glass together with 1 tablespoon of vinegar.
  6. Boil water with a pinch of salt, make a swirl in the water using a spoon. Put the egg in the vortex and simmer for 5 min.
  7. Serve the polenta with asparagus a poached egg and grated Parmesan
