  • 25 grams of fresh yeast
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 4 dl cold water
  • 7.5 dl wheat flour
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 beaten egg
  • Seeds as a topping (use the ones you have at home)


  1. Mix the yeast together with olive oil, honey, salt and water
  2. Add the flour and stir into a dough (the dough should be loose/sticky
  3. Cover the dough and set in the fridge overnight
  4. In the morning, preheat the oven to 250 degrees Celsius
  5. Turn the dough upside down on a floured table and divide into about 10 rolls
  6. Brush the rolls with a beaten egg and sprinkle with seeds
  7. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes
