INGREDIENTS

  • 500 gram soy mince (a tip is to use Anamma moldable mince)
  • 1 tbs coarse-grain mustard
  • 0,5 dl dark syrup
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground white pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon crushed allspice grains
  • 0,5 teaspoon salt
  • Oil or butter for frying

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and hand shape the mixture into "meatballs"
  2. Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Add some oil or butter and then add the meatballs. Cook until golden on all sides (approx. 2 min. on each side) and cooked through (approx. 15 min. total).
