INGREDIENTS

  • 4 vegetarian sausages
  • 4 pieces of sausage brioche bread
  • 2 dl sauerkraut
  • 0.5 tablespoon corn starch
  • 1.5 dl cream
  • 0.5 leek onion
  • 1 avocado
  • 0.5 lime
  • 0.5 Scamorza (Smoked Mozzarella)
  • 0.5 dl fresh parsley
  • 3 pieces of Chipotles an adobo (We used Garants)
  • Oil for frying
  • thyme, salt and pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Pre heat  oven to 220 degrees

Scamorza filling

  1. Divide the scamorza cheese and put in a oven-proof stew
  2. Bake in  oven for 20 minutes
  3. Divide 1 avocado into smaller pieces and put in a bowl
  4. Chop Chipotles an adobo and mix into avocadon add 0, 5 squeezed lime and chopped parsley
  5. Remove the finished Scamorza from the oven and divide it into smaller pieces, into the avocado mix
  6. Salt and pepper

 

Cream stewed  sauerkraut with fried leeks

  1. Shred the leek onion.
  2. Heat up a few centimeters of cooking oil in a thick stew. Add the leeks and fry golden brown and crispy. Lift up and drain on paper.
  3. Heat 1 1/2 the cream
  4. Add corn starch as you mix in a little water and allow to boil while stirring
  5. Season with black pepper, salt and thyme
  6. Add 2 dl sauerkraut to the cream pie

The sausages

  1. Serve the sausages in brioche bread
  2. Distribute the creamy sauerkraut and the fried leek on two sausages and Scamorza filling on the other two sausages
