  • 600 grams of corn kernels (canned corn)
  • 1 vegetable broth cube
  • 5 dl cream
  • 1 handful of parsley
  • 1 handful of fresh basil
  • 1 handful of dried oregano
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 300 grams of cream cheese
  • Bread (eg Greek country bread)
  • Salt and Black Pepper


  1. Pre heat the oven to 250 degrees Celsius
  2. Open the corn jars and let the corn drain in a colander or on paper
  3. Fry the corn in a dry frying pan
  4. Pour the corn into a saucepan with the cream, vegetable broth and bring to the boil
  5. Mix with a blender into a soup with a little structure
  6. Slice the bread and place in the oven until the surface is toasted
  7. Grate the garlic on the toasted bread
  8. Mix chopped herbs (basil, oregano, parsley) with Philadelphia cheese
  9. Spread the herb mixture on the garlic breads
