  • • 1 yellow onion
  • • 1 garlic

  • • 2 avocados
  • • 340 grams of corn

  • • 1 dl vinegar
  • • 3 dl water
  • • 2 dl sugar
  • • jalapeno
  • • 2 dl Turkish yogurt
  • • 1 lime
  • • Salt and black pepper
  • • Coriander for topping and some nacho chips

  5. Fry the yellow onion and garlic in a frying pan with a little oil, add the
    beans and the taco seasoning, let it fry for a couple of minutes
  6.  While the beans are frying and the rice is
    boiling, you can make the jalapeno sauce by mixing
    yogurt with 1/2 jalapeno, 1/2 lime and a little salt and black pepper
  7. Serve rice, beans, pickled onion, coriander, avocado, lime, the jalapeno sauce and nacho chips in a bowl and enjoy
