Ingredienser
- 1 kg potato pancake mix (available for purchase in store)
- 200 grams of spinach
- 2 yellow onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 12 small tomatoes
- 2 dl grated cheese
- chipotle gravy
- Butter to frying
- Salt and pepper

- Chop the onion and slice the tomatoes
- Fry the onions in 2 tablespoons of butter
- Add the spinach and tomatoes, salt peppers (medium heat for about 5 minutes)
- Add 2 tablespoons of butter in a frying pan
- Add the potato pancake mix (make 4 omelet)
- Fry to a fine color (on both sides)
- Put the spinachmix and cheese on the half omelet, then fold over the other half of the omelet
- Sprinkle with chipotle sauce / dressing
