Ingredienser
- 2 sweet potatoes
- 1 zucchini
- 2 red onions
- 2 packages halloumi
- 1 dl fresh parsley
- 5 dl Turkish yogurt
- 1/2 cucumber
- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper

- Preheat the oven to 225 degrees
Tzatziki
- Tear the cucumber on a grater and squeeze the water out of the cucumber
- Squeeze 2 garlic cloves and mix into 5 dl Turkish yogurt
- Add the cucumber, 2 tablespoons olive oil salt and pepper
- Put in the fridge while doing the halloumi hash
Halloumi hash
- Slices the potatoes
- Bake the potatoes in the oven for about 10 minutes
- Meanwhile, slices the Zucchinin and the red onion
- When the potato has been inside the oven for 10 minutes, add the zucchinin and the red onions bake for another 10 minutes
- slices the halloumi cheeses and fry in a frying pan
- When the vegetables are ready add halloumin and parsley, salt and peppers
