Halloumi hash with tzatziki

Who does not want super simple daily food that is tasty  and loved by everyone in the family? This dish has the sweetness of sweet potato and salt from halloumi cheese, super tasty and super easy.

Nutritionally, potatoes and sweet potatoes do not differ much. The advantage of sweet potatoes is that it is full of antioxidants, making it a better choice compared to the usual potato.

Ingredienser

  • 2 sweet potatoes
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 red onions
  • 2 packages halloumi
  • 1 dl fresh parsley
  • 5 dl Turkish yogurt
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

GÖR SÅ HÄR

  1. Preheat the oven to 225 degrees

Tzatziki

  1. Tear the cucumber on a grater and squeeze the water out of the cucumber
  2. Squeeze 2 garlic cloves and mix into 5 dl Turkish yogurt
  3. Add the cucumber, 2 tablespoons olive oil salt and pepper
  4. Put in the fridge while doing the halloumi hash

Halloumi hash

  1. Slices the potatoes 
  2. Bake the potatoes in the oven for about 10 minutes
  3. Meanwhile, slices the Zucchinin and the red onion
  4. When the potato has been inside the oven for 10 minutes, add the zucchinin and the red onions bake for another 10 minutes
  5. slices  the halloumi cheeses and fry in a frying pan
  6. When the vegetables are ready add halloumin and parsley, salt and peppers

Serve to Tzatzikin
