Ingredienser
- 1 kg cherry tomatoes
- 2 yellow onions
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 buratta cheeses
- 1 tablespoon of dried basil
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 baguette
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Basil (to top the salad with)

- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees
- Chop the yellow onions and garlic cloves
- Mix all tomatoes with the chopped onions, 1 tablespoon dried oregano, 1 tablespoon dried basil, black pepper and some fresh salt together with 2 tablespoons olive oil in a oven-proof stew
- Bake for 20 minutes (until the tomatoes begin to pop and the liquid begins to sip out the tomatoes)
- Take out the tomato from the oven and put on the burrata cheeses (make a cut on the top of the cheeses
- Bake for another 5 minutes
- Meanwhile, you roast slices of the baguette (either in a frying pan or in the oven)
- Serve the salad with fresh basil
