Wine cooked pears are not only lovely to look at it also tastes divine! If you leave the pears in the wine overnight, they will absorbe more wine and not only taste more but also become even more beautiful. Serve the pears with mascarpone & biscotti and the taste is just absolutly wounderful.

Ingredienser

  • 2 pears
  • 1/2 liter red wine
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla paste or 1 vanilla bean
  • 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 250 grams of mascarpone
  • 4 st biscotti

GÖR SÅ HÄR

  1. Peel the pears
  2. Boil wine, sugar, cardamom vanilla paste or seeds from the vanilla bean
  3. Put the pears in the wine and let them cook until they are soft, about 15-20  min
  4. Remove from heat and leave overnight
  5. Serve the pears on mascarpone and top with crumbled biscotti
