INGREDIENTS

  • 2 rolls of fresh Puff pastry (250 grams x2)
  • 100 grams of blue cheese
  • 2 dl sour cream
  • 75 grams of kale (chopped)
  • 2 small shallots
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 1 beaten egg
  • Sesame seeds for topping

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius
  2. Chop the onion
  3. Add 1 tablespoon olive oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for a few minutes
  4. Add the kale and fry until the kale is soft, season with black pepper and salt
  5. Crumble the blue cheese in the crème fraîche and stir
  6. Cut the puff pastry  to a shape of a triangle (one triangle per puff pastry sheet)
  7. Spread the blue cheese cream on one of the puff pastry triangles and then top with the kale and onion
  8. Add the other puff pastry triangle on topp and press the puff pastry together all around
  9. Cut out "branches" on the triangel/tree and spin the "branches"
  10. Brush with a beaten egg and top with sesame seeds
  11. Bake in the oven for 10 - 12 min
