Here we have cupcakes deluxe that make everyone sweet-toothed rejoice. These Cupecakes
are filled with chocolate chips, topped with delicious butter cream and not to forget, small
ears of marshmallows.

  • 3 eggs
  • 125 gram butter
  • 100 gram chopped milk chocolate
  • 2,5 dl sugar
  • 0,5 dl light syrup
  • 1 dl cocoa
  • 1 dl wheat flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • A pinch of salt
  • 4 large marshmallows
  • Optional sprinkles
  • 100 gram butter
  • 2 dl powder sugar
  • 1 tsp vanillasugar
  • 2 egg yolks


  1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees celsius, (347 fahrenheit)
  2. Melt the butter
  3. Whisk 3 eggs and sugar then sift cocoa, wheat flour, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt
  4. Add the syrup and the melted butter and stir to a smooth batter
  5. Chop the chocolate and ad to the batter
  6. Fill the cupcake tins and then set in the oven, let them bake for 20 – 25 minutes
  7. When they are done let them cool
  8. Now it´s time to make the buttercream
  9. Mix room temperature butter with powder sugar and vanilla sugar, finish by stirring in the egg
  10. Pipe the buttercream on the cooled cupcakes
  11. Make ears out of the marshmallows with a scissor and decorate them with sprinkles
